Niklas Lindskog is head of the International Secondment Unit at FBA. He has worked at FBA for several years, with a focus on recruitment and deployment of personnel to international peace operations and election observation missions. Niklas previously worked with human resources and staffing at the County Administrative Board in Stockholm, and he holds a master’s degree in political science.
