Conflict prevention and peacebuilding | Security sector reform
Emma Skeppström is deputy head of the Department for Conflict Prevention and Peacebuilding. At FBA, she has previously worked with Sector Reform and has been project manager for FBA’s work with the Swedish development cooperation strategy for sub-Saharan Africa. Emma also has experience of working with assessments of international peace operations. For example, she reviewed the UN mission in Sudan, UNMIS, for the UN. In addition, Emma has worked as security policy analyst, specializing on the Horn of Africa and especially Somalia.
