She provided technical expertise and support,to women’s participation in both track i and track ii processes. Ola is an experienced advisor, learning designer, process facilitator, and mentor. She has advised senior management teams, development cooperation and culture boards on decolonial and antiracist practice and discourse.
Ola is also a keen writer, especially on the topics of the women, peace and security, conflict sensitivity and radicalisation. She is currently serving her second term as a member of the EU Radicalisation Awareness Network expert pool, and serves as a Trustee of Saferworld and Conducive Space for Peace.
