The Guidance Note on Supporting Community-Based Reintegration of Former Members of Armed Forces and Groups has been developed through a collaborative effort between FBA, UNDP, Global Community Engagement and Resilience Fund (GCERF), and Elman Peace. Authored by FBA consultant Kees Kingma, this Guidance Note is the result of a multi-year partnership.
