This training manual has been developed to provide an introduction to the policy framework on United Nations Security Council Resolution 1325 (UNSCR 1325) and its follow-up resolutions, the concept of gender and its practical application in the context of the European Union's Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP) for both civilian and military personnel.
