FBA Policy Brief – Civilsamhällsforum om kvinnor, fred och säkerhet
On 31 October 2025, the United Nations Security Council Resolution 1325 marked its twenty-fifth anniversary. The FBA recognized this milestone by inviting civil society organizations to a forum to exchange lessons learned. This policy brief summarizes insights and recommendations from the discussion.
On 19 November 2025, thirty-five participants from Swedish civil society organizations and foundations working on peace and security, together with FBA staff, gathered to discuss what we need to do more of, what we should stop doing, and what we need to do differently in order to achieve positive results in the future within the Women, Peace and Security (WPS) agenda. This policy brief summarizes the conclusions from these discussions.
