The criteria for nominations are (1) the nominee should have the appropriate qualifications to attend the course; and (2) the course should be related to CSDP.
The scholarship programme will be launched by Sven-Eric Söder, Director-General of the FBA. He is also pleased to welcome the Eastern partnership countries’ ambassadors resident in Stockholm to take part in the event.
